Privacy policy

This policy explains how Nieo DevOps LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Nieo DevOps”, “we”, “us”), handles information on the website nieo.tech and in two apps we operate: Casa (casa.nieo.tech) and دفتر Daftar (daftar.nieo.tech).

The short version

• This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
• The apps collect only what they need to sign you in and to hold what you enter.
• From Google, the apps get your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to sign you in.
• We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use your data to train AI models.
• You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.

This website

nieo.tech is a static site. It has no forms, sets no cookies, and loads nothing from other websites. Fonts and images are served from nieo.tech itself.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Casa and Daftar

Both apps are invitation-only. Casa is used by a household to plan and furnish a home. Daftar is used by the partners in a coffee trading business to keep their shared books.

What the apps collect

• Account details: your name, your email address, and either a password or your Google sign-in.
• What you enter: in Casa, homes, rooms, items, photos, prices and purchases; in Daftar, partners, suppliers, customers, purchases, stock, sales, payments and reports.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and server logs with your IP address and request times, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Sign in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, the app asks Google for three things only: a sign-in identifier (openid), your email address (email) and your basic profile, meaning your name and profile picture (profile). The app uses them to:

• confirm who you are and match you to the account you were invited to, and
• show your name and picture inside the app.

The apps don’t request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data, and don’t keep Google access tokens after you’ve signed in.

Casa’s and Daftar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to others for any other purpose, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

You can remove an app’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account’s third-party connections.

How we use your data

Only to run the apps: to sign you in, store and show what you enter, keep the service secure, and fix problems.

Where it’s stored

The apps and their databases run on servers owned and operated by Nieo DevOps. Connections to them are encrypted and pass through Cloudflare, which also checks that you’re on the invitation list before a page loads. Backups stay under our control.

Who can see it

• People in the same app space. In Casa, members of your home see your home’s items. In Daftar, partners see the records the owner gives them permission to see.
• Service providers: Cloudflare, for network delivery and access control, and Google, for sign-in only.
• Legal requests: if we’re legally required to disclose data, we share only what’s required.

We don’t share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details and personal content within 30 days, and from backups as they rotate out.

Daftar is a shared financial record. If you leave, transactions you recorded stay in the partnership’s ledger so the remaining partners’ books stay correct, but your sign-in details are removed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your data. Email ali.maher.1460@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Children

Our services aren’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. For changes that affect how your data is used, we’ll tell existing users in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
