Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Casa (casa.nieo.tech), دفتر Daftar (daftar.nieo.tech) or the website nieo.tech. They are operated by Nieo DevOps LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Nieo DevOps”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

These terms don’t cover consulting work for clients, which is governed by the agreement signed for that work.

Who can use the apps

• The apps are invitation-only. You can use them only if we, or the owner of your app space, invited you.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You’re responsible for your account. Keep your password and your Google account secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the apps for anything illegal, or to record information you have no right to share;
• try to reach data or accounts you haven’t been given access to;
• probe, scan or test the security of the apps or the servers behind them without our written permission;
• overload the service, scrape it, or access it with automated tools;
• upload malware or anything meant to cause harm.

Your content

What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the apps for you and the people you share an app space with.

Daftar is a record-keeping tool

Daftar helps partners keep track of purchases, stock, sales and balances. It isn’t accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You and your partners are responsible for checking that what you record is accurate and for the decisions you make based on it.

Availability

The apps are provided free of charge and run on infrastructure we maintain ourselves. They may be slow, unavailable, changed or shut down at times, including for maintenance. We’ll try to warn you before planned downtime.

If we decide to shut down an app permanently, we’ll give active users at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export their data.

Ending access

You can stop using an app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove access if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where it’s safe to, we’ll tell you why first.

No warranty

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We work to keep them reliable and your data safe, but we don’t promise they’ll be error-free or always available, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nieo DevOps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and tell existing users in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the apps after that, you accept the updated terms.
